How weight loss transformed one woman’s life

January 19, 2014 //  by Kristine Bruneau//  2 Comments

Anne and Matt GabelI had the pleasure of interviewing a young, talented woman Anne Johnson Gabel for a story on herRochester.com about her transformational weight loss and how it fed into her success in life, love, and diamonds. Anne, who owns MJ Gabel/Diamond and Jewelry Buyers, had to make some tough choices in her life and was inspired by something her father said: the only way out is through.” These words helped her dig deep to achieve her goals and they continue to resonate with her today. You can read her entire story on herRochester.com.

Sounds like she had some real motivation for losing weight. I believe that’s what separates the successful from the failures. Motivation. Without it you will undoubtedly fail. I wrote an article about it on my blog, and discuss how without proper motivation you’re likely to fail. Check it out here: http://healthylivingtomorrow.com/motivation-to-lose-weight/
